01 Information We Collect
VoltLab collects only the information necessary to deliver our services and communicate with clients. We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and any notes you provide
- Booking information: Name, email address, and appointment details collected via Calendly when scheduling a service or consultation
- Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. VoltLab never sees or stores your full card details
- Voice call data: Calls with the Volt AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service improvement
- Website usage: Basic analytics such as page visits may be collected by Cloudflare, our hosting provider
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Respond to enquiries and communicate about your service request
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and send receipts
- Deliver the services you have booked
- Send confirmation emails and follow-ups related to your booking
- Improve the quality of our AI voice assistant and service delivery
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
03 Third-Party Services
VoltLab uses the following third-party platforms to deliver its services. Each operates under their own privacy policy:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card data securely.
- Calendly — Appointment scheduling. Calendly collects your name and email when you book a slot.
- Vapi — AI voice agent platform. Voice calls may be processed and stored by Vapi's infrastructure.
- Web3Forms — Contact form submissions. Your enquiry data is forwarded to our email via Web3Forms.
- Cloudflare Pages — Website hosting. Cloudflare may collect basic access logs and analytics.
- OpenAI — Powers the AI reasoning behind the Volt voice assistant.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers if you have concerns about how they handle your data.
04 Voice Calls & AI Interactions
Calls with the Volt AI assistant may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You are informed of this at the start of every call.
- Voice call recordings and transcripts are stored by Vapi and subject to their data retention policies
- Calls are used to improve the accuracy and helpfulness of the Volt assistant
- No personally identifiable information shared during a call is used for advertising
- If you do not wish your call to be recorded, you may choose to use the contact form instead
05 Data Storage & Security
VoltLab takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse:
- Contact form data is transmitted securely via Web3Forms and delivered to a private email inbox
- Payment data is never stored by VoltLab — Stripe handles all financial data with industry-standard encryption
- Booking data stored within Calendly is subject to their security practices
- We do not maintain a centralised database of client personal information
While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us directly if you have concerns about a specific data matter.
06 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual obligations
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
- Opt out of any future communications from VoltLab

07 Cookies
The VoltLab website does not use its own tracking cookies. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for performance and security. These do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
Third-party services embedded in the site such as Calendly and Stripe may set their own cookies when you interact with their interfaces. These are governed by their respective cookie policies.
08 Children's Privacy
VoltLab's services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.

VoltLab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
